Delivery & Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before purchasing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Orders are generally processed within 2 business days and shipped via your chosen carrier (USPS or UPS). Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier availability. Once an item is shipped, delays due to the carrier are beyond our control.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you require additional shipping protection, please select an insured shipping option at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We provide detailed descriptions and photos to ensure you know exactly what you're purchasing. If you have any questions before buying, please contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds or replacements for minor variations, natural imperfections, or buyer's remorse.
